Not Hugo Ventura though.

Ventura comes from my grandpa, whom I admire and got most of my inspiration from.
Ventura means 'journey' and 'good luck'. 'Happiness'. 'Fate'. 'Chance'.

That's all I wish for my business. 

I think of myself as an industrial designer in love with challenges and problem solving thinking.

Production-engineering oriented,

I see materials' history and specifications as a source of inspiration in most of the concepts developed. 

Got my Architect Designer degree in Lisbon Architecture University in 2008.

Favourite aesthetics: industrial & "contemporary rustic".
Favourite concepts: handmade heritage, upcycling, sustainability, made to last.

 

Main focus: custom-tailor made / one-off products & limited series production.
